How the NRG SIMServer™ Works.

The NRG™ SIM Manager is a solution that enables flexible and convenient storage and management of SIM cards, for developed networks of mobile gateways. The manager offers virtual allocation of SIM cards via IP from one location to mobile gateways, no matter their location. SIM cards used are virtually stored and managed in a single central server unit. The NRG SIMserver™ then allocates the SIM cards remotely, via IP connection. Thus, a GSM modem may access to the remote SIM via a GSM terminal adapter/SIM emulation. The NRG™ SIMServer™ supports simultaneous access to up to 512 SIM cards. Typical applications use the device as a central SIM Server in distributed GSM/CDMA/3G applications. The device supports ISO/IEC 7816 compatible Smart-cards in ID-000 format including GSM RUIM and USIM cards.

Local SIM SERVER and Remote IP

New Concept of using SIM with Mobile module, may be implemented on 1U or 3U 19” rack unit each unit may be a mix of cellular modules (4 on a card) cards. The user manage the SIM/Channel selection will be done using unique s/w tool that will select the proper combinations of SIMs and Modules from the same box.

SIM Server & IMEI Remote

Remote – IP SIM Server – All SIMs are located remotely and used in different VoIP2ALL unit in different location.

• Configuration vary from 32 to 192 SIM for the 1U 19” rack system

IMEI Server

The NRG SIM Server generates, on a time basis, a SIM image with optional IMEI image to the destination channel/ports that is programmed by the management s/w to work with at that time.
