    How we handle orders?

    We send to customer our offer which has to be signed and returned.  After offer is signed we issue invoice.

    Order is shipped within 3 weeks from the moment of payment receival to our bank account to shipping address specified by customer.

     We use all major courier companies or can use any courier service prefered by customer.

    Who bear the shipping costs?

     All shipping cost has to be paid by customer. In case of unlikely event of NRG equipment fault, when NRG has to provide customer with replacement parts NRG will bear shipping costs.
